How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your orders within 4/5 days. You should expect to receive your order between 7-10 working days. However please be aware that this time scale could increase slightly during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas.
Do you ship to offshore islands/overseas?
At the present time we don’t ship to countries overseas, however it is something we are working on for the future.
We do ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and locations outside the UK mainland however there will be additional shipping charges, typically to the following locations/postcodes -
AB 31-38, AB 40-56, BT, HS, IV, KA 27-28, KW, PA 20-88, PH 4-44, PH 49-50, ZE, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight.

Can I collect?
Yes if you are local you can collect from our home address in Snaith, East Yorkshire DN14. The full address will be given at checkout.
Why does my item look more rusty/not as rusty as the example in the picture?
Every item rusts at a rate individual to itself. During busy periods the items you receive may be fresh from production and not have been outside and had a chance to rust up as yet. Rest assured that after a few weeks outdoors your items will begin to build up a lovely rusty coating.
You also may receive an item that is rustier than you thought it would be, meaning it will have been outside and exposed to the elements longer than the example in the pictures. Another occurrence could be the appearance of patches on an item that are rustier than others. This will eventually even out after sufficient weathering, however a slightly different patina in ares could still remain. This is all adds to the rustic charm of the products.
In a nutshell, every item is individual in its rusted state. If you are looking for garden products that are all universal in their colour and patina then you have come to the wrong place!
Will my item get rustier?
Yes. It will naturally rust more over time.
Can I stop my item becoming rustier?
Yes, although our items are not designed to be anything other than rusty, if your item reaches a stage in its rusting that you would like it to remain then you could coat it in a protective spray sealant available in DIY stores. It will probably need coating regularly and we cannot guarantee this will suffice.
Can you make bespoke items or items in a bespoke size?
No, I’m afraid we cannot make bespoke items for customers.
How do you package your products for shipping?
Our products will be packaged in a mixture of reused and recycled cardboard, biodegradable wrap and recyclable courier bags. There are no airs and graces here! We will use any cardboard we have to hand whether it is new or old, as recycling and reusing is a must for us. Your packages may not look pretty, but it’s what’s inside that matters!
My item has arrived damaged. Can I have a replacement or refund?

Is there anywhere I can shop for your products in person?
Yes, we have a unit in Harrogate at 27 West Park. Prices of some items will be slightly higher due to various overheads such as rent and commissions taken from us in order to secure a unit there.

Can I pay online and collect my item/s from 27 West Park?
Unfortunately not. The two outlets are separate entities. The shop is not my own and the owner receives a commission on every item of mine that they sell. Meaning, if you ordered online and collected from them, they wouldn’t receive their commission, which is a requirement of my renting the unit.
